My 3060 Allison transmission had a service light come on. Dropped the truck off on 9/15/25 @ 8am. The next day I had to call them, they said it was the throttle position sensor had to order the part would be in next day. Part did not arrive until 9/18. I was very understanding because these things happen. Called them @ 9am on 9/19 and was told that I need a different gas pedal for the part to work. I responded with then you may have been shipped the wrong part because I can get a TPS that is OEM specs at my local parts store. I called them back @ 4:30pm on 9/19 and the lady that works the front desk said it was fixed but had to wait for the manger to process the paper work and he left @ 2pm. This is when I asked if any other option was available in order to get a price or the truck and this is when things started to get really bad. She clearly was upset with me for asking and got really loud on the phone telling me it was not her fault, nothing she can do, I am a C.O.D. customer and had to wait until the manger does the paper work. I run with a volunteer rescue squad, and our funds, or rather lack of, can really be a factor in our operations. We had a problem with our front line lights and rescue vehicle, an older Century Class Freightliner. It needed a transmission selector module which really isn't made anymore. Long story short. They found one and our vehicle was up and running in no time. Our cost was their cost for the part. If we had had to take the vehicle to dealership, it would probably still be sitting waiting for the funds to fix it. These guys are top notch.
